Town of Comox Tree Bylaw
Tree Management and Protection Bylaw No. 1125 regulates and prohibits the cutting and removal of some trees within the Town of Comox, this bylaw shall apply only to the Tree Protection Area. The Town of Comox requires a tree cutting permit if you are planning on removing a healthy tree within the Tree Protection Area.
